Our Story
We built the hosting company we always wished existed.
Mitesh Rao M didn't come to cloud hosting from a business school deck. He came from the infrastructure up - years spent at the intersection of cloud architecture, AI systems, enterprise networking, and full-stack development. He understood, at a technical level, exactly what separated a genuinely well-built hosting platform from one that looked good in a sales deck.
What he kept running into wasn't a technical problem. It was a support problem. Business after business paying for fast servers - and then waiting 48 hours for a ticket response. Plans sold on promises that dissolved the moment something went wrong. The tools were there. The will to actually help wasn't.
That became the founding idea behind CloudFigma. Not just to build infrastructure that performed - though that mattered enormously - but to build a company where the user was never an afterthought. "The user is not a transaction. They are the entire point."
Kavitha M Rao joined as Co-Founder and Engineering Manager, bringing the operational discipline and engineering rigour to turn that vision into a platform. Together, they built what became CloudFigma - 14 data centers, 50+ countries, exclusive products like Windows VPS and Tally on Cloud, and a support culture that most hosting companies still haven't figured out.
